Will Campbell
Head Coach - Freshman Team

2011 marks Will's second year with the MIHS coaching staff and his first year as a Head Coach of the Freshman Team. Will has a passion for baseball that began at an early age.  His father, was drafted by the Yankees but was forced to quit when he threw his arm out and, never recovered.  From there his Dad always encouraged him to be the best, even in little league.

Will adopted his father's passion, and it wasn't long before it showed, and then eventually carried him through to his high school years.

Will's baseball career flourished at  Bishop Blanchet High school. It was here that he played varsity all four years and earned first team all-metro and all state honors as a high school senior.  From there he was recruited by Coach Brian Potoshnik to play for Bellevue Community College, earning 2nd Team NWAACC in 2006, and 1st Team All NWAACC in 2008.

In 2009 he transferred to the SEC powerhouse, University of Kentucky. Will's baseball career was forced to an end due to a serious knee injury. Will desires to share the passion of the game, and the character it took to survive his injury with others who love the game.  He brings incredible strength, and passion and we are excited to have him be a part of our organization.
